Business & Fiscal Officers Meeting
The Business & Fiscal Officers Meeting is held every other month, on the third Wednesday of the month, from 10:30 AM to Noon. The meeting is open to anyone who wishes to attend. To receive meeting invitations, please email karyn.shane@utdallas.edu.
University Business Council
The University Business Council (UBC) guides and implements the operational and financial objectives of the University of Texas at Dallas. Membership is made up of each division or school’s lead business officer and senior representatives from major operating units within the Office of Budget and Finance. The council holds monthly meetings to discuss financial policies and practices, establish working committees, and plan for future developments.
Procurement Management Working Group
The Procurement Management Workgroup (PMW) meets every other month to identify and plan the implementation of new procurement, travel, and payments related business requirements, introduce and plan the implementation of new procurement regulations and policies, and to generate new ideas to enhance existing procurement, travel, and payments related procedures.
