Contracts Administration

The Office of Contracts Administration (OCA) manages non-purchasing contracts and contracts involving the purchase or sales of goods and services on behalf of UT Dallas. We also prepare items for Board of Regents approval and manage UT Dallas delegations of signature authority.

Note: For compliance reasons UT Dallas cannot be party to agreements between private individuals, agreements in non-Texas jurisdictions, retroactive agreements, or agreements potentially obligating UT Dallas to obligations in non-US currency.
